All of life is a dance, I believe. We learn the steps, and we dance our way through life. We can learn more than one dance. We might be good dancers or hopelessly inept, but everybody dances. We can dance with style and grace, or we can shuffle around the floor in a slow dance which really has its only purpose in simply holding onto your partner. We can dance by ourselves, we can dance with others. Every interaction is a dance.
We waltz in and out of people's lives, sometimes never knowing what impact we have on them. We dip, we glide, we swing, we have our ups and downs, our moments where we shine in the spotlight, and our moments where we stumble and fall on our butts. We steadily dance with old friends and life partners, comfortable in the steps of familiarity. Some people rock and roll, some people sedately waltz, some people twist and shout. We do the tango, the rhumba, the two-step, the country swing. Some line dance, limbo, or bunny-hop; but we all dance, or at least sit on the sidelines and watch, which is another type of dance altogether.
There's a song out, I can't remember at the moment who does the song, so I
had to look it up. John Michael Montgomery. It goes: Life's a
Dance, You learn as you go. Sometimes you lead and sometimes you follow.
Don't worry about what you don't know. Life's a Dance, You learn as you
go.
I guess that means I'm not the only one with this philosophy?
As you continue through these pages, if you continue through these pages, you will learn about me, some personal issues that are of interest perhaps only to me, my deepest, darkest, and perhaps lightest self issues. In short, you will be dancing with me. May I have this dance?

This site involves my experiences and my opinions which I have formed as a result of my experiences in life. You don't have to agree with my opinions, and I don't expect everyone to. Everyone has different experiences and forms different opinions in their lives. I respect the opinions of others, and I hope they will respect mine. I may not always agree with your opinion, and I don't expect everyone to agree with mine; but I do agree that you have a right to your own opinion, and I have a right to mine. In some ways, it has been difficult to write; in other ways, it has been easy. It comes from my life, my experiences, my trials and tribulations, my fears, my hopes, my dreams, and my tears. If this site can help even one person on their journey through life, then that's all that matters. Thank you for visiting this site.
